Cypress Waters is a 2,000 acre development surrounding North Lake in Northwest Dallas. This live-work-play community includes several corporate headquarters, office buildings, retail, and several thousand urban living units all connected through an open space and trail network. Public art and a strong streetscape character unify the development while distinguishing sub districts within the whole. While early phases of the project culminate at The Sound lakeside entertainment district, future phases will create a distinct transit-oriented development around an upcoming DART Cottonbelt station on the north side of the lake.
