Emilee Voigt was an intern at Studio Outside in 2018 and returned in 2019 after graduating from Kansas State University with a Master’s of Landscape Architecture. Her thesis focused on industrial structures that served a purpose during World War II in the United States and the future possibilities they hold when landscape architects are involved. She has a passion for design and believes that you need a little bit of insanity to do great things.

Originally from the suburbs of Kansas City, her love for the outdoors began at a young age. Her overall love and appreciation for the environment, art, and human interaction led her to pursue landscape architecture. In her free time, Emilee enjoys knitting, painting and spending time with friends. She loves exploring unknown cities and discovering local shops and museums.
