Michael Tsapos is a fourth-year student of Landscape Architecture at Texas Tech University, with minors in horticulture and community & urban studies. At Texas Tech Michael is involved in Student ASLA where he is currently serving as Vice President and will be the President of the organization the next upcoming school year. Throughout his time in school, Michael has found a passion for studying how ecological and social systems connect, and the role that Landscape Architects have in facilitating that connection through design. Outside of landscape architecture, Michael enjoys backpacking, listening to live music, drinking coffee, and looking to go anywhere he hasn’t been before.
