Centennial Park
Irving, Texas

Centennial Park celebrates the 100th anniversary of the City of Irving and completes the open space cultural district in downtown. Claiming both banks of Delaware Creek, the park honors the city's past at Founders Plaza while looking forward to an inspiring future at the Pavilion and Light Tower. Forms and materials tie the park to the nearby landmarks of Millennium Fountain and the Irving Veterans Memorial. Trails, bronze sculptures, interpretive graphics, and a bridge align to celebrate key park destinations. A loop trail connects park amenities to a historic log cabin and other destinations. A future hike and bike trail will further connect to a local school and other parks. Experience of Tary Arterburn, Mike Fraze, and Andrew Duggan while at mesa.
