McKinney Avenue Residences located in uptown Dallas is a vibrant mix of historic neighborhoods, parks, and merchants. A sidewalk with a series of street lights, trees and benches established a strong pedestrian promenade and a small neighborhood park was created providing a much-needed open space. Covered outdoor seating and dining areas extended internal event lounge functions and created a seamless transition from interior to exterior programming. A raised infinity edge pool offering a greater social aspect that also serves as a water table and fountain during cooler seasons.
